My advocacy continues to focus on the successful delivery of funding and policy changes on issues of importance to the Sound Shore communities of Westchester County and New York State. Working with and talking to residents and leaders of organizations is an important part of identifying priorities and finding solutions.
- Reducing Property Taxes by delivering state funding to school districts and local governments.
- Serving as a statewide leader on clean water funding benefiting every community in the 91st Assembly District.
- Protecting school districts and municipalities on state policy issues affecting Westchester.
- Promoting Small Business, Economic Development and Private Sector Jobs
- Improving Flood Mitigation and Emergency Management
- Advancing Women’s, LGBTQ and Family Issues
- Leading Advocate for Digital Equity and Inclusion Programs
- Chair of Assembly Science and Technology Committee focusing on artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, and renewable energy issues.
- Passage of innovative legislation protecting the environment, workers, consumers, and public safety.
- Assisting local governments and not-for-profits in securing grant funding.
